Stable crust in place by 4.4 (Beginning of Io).

Vaalbara: began 3.6 (Europa) — expand — completed 3.1 (Ganymede) — condense — broke up 2.5 (Callisto to Titan).

Kenorland: began 2.7 (Ganymede to Callisto) — broke up 2.48 to 2.1 (Callisto to Titan).

Nuna: began 2.1 (Titan) — completed 1.8 (Titan to Triton) — broke up 1.5 (Triton orbital transition).

Rodinia: began ~2 (Titan) — completed 1.1 (Triton) — broke up 750 mya (Triton to Mars).

Pannotia: began 750 mya (Triton to Mars) — completed 600 mya (Mars) — broke up 540 mya (Mars to Earth).

Pangaea: completed 300 mya (Mars/Earth) — broke up 200 mya (Earth) — sea floor spreads — present Earth.
