The about page said the historic discovery of how earths are made was achieved in early March of 2012, after scientific breakthroughs beginning in 2010, and that the scientific discovery was originally published worldwide on September 22, 2012.

The live Spot page uses Juno as weather-layer data, with a fitted floor near 100 bar. It does not treat the 2016 arrival as proof of a world in the clouds.
